The Scottish Rite Master Craftsman Study Course

Ever since I joined the Scottish Rite I have talked about how we hurry through the degrees. Instead of fast classes I think candidates should join one Lodge at a time. Go through the degrees and a study course and then apply to the Chapter of Rose Croix. If we are a college of Masonic Education than we ought to be studying the degrees instead of rushing through them.

Well, it seems someone on the Supreme Council has the same type of feelings. The Supreme Council has developed the Scottish Rite Master Craftsman program. You can order it through the Supreme Council web site. It consists of studying two different books and answering questions and sending the tests back to the Supreme Council.
