Welcome back, Nobles & Ladies. I hope everyone had a
good summer. On Tuesday September 4, 2007 we will hold our monthly Dinner
meeting at "Our House Deli". The menu for the evening will be:
Bar B Cue Chicken & Ribs, Corn on the Cob, Potato Salad,
Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, Rolls, Coffee & Dessert.
Cost is $17.00 per person (no Change), Zem Zem is at 6:00 pm,
Dinner is at 7:00 pm, Meeting is at 8:00 pm. Call Noble Ron Fine at

reservations. Deadline for reservations is thursday august 30,
2007.
Near the end of June Noble Warren Stewart Jr, suffered a heart
attack. The last update on him is he's now at Bellingham Health Care Center
Room 17. After our annual Hamburger Feed we ended up with over
$1800.00 for the wheelchair for Alex. Thank you all for your
donations and help in getting the funds we needed. Hope to see you
all on Tuesday September 4th.

Nile
Shrine
Notice the guy at the lower right of the
photo. He is Gene Gilbert, Assistant
Rabban of Nile Shrine, our immediate past Venerable Master.
Gene’s year as Potentate is getting closer and
closer so I’m sure he has started planning his year. If Gene asks you to take part in his year
by taking on a project or position I hope you will say, “yes,” and support
him in this huge commitment.
Gene has to abandon his commitments to the Valley
for a while as his Shrine duties take more of his time.
